How this Feature Works

This is done through a simple SMS message that our system will send every 5 minutes with all the order details (product purchased, amount, and delivery time). This way, you and your staff can rely on an alert system that will notify you of an unprepared—and therefore unshipped—order.

Within 20 minutes of the order being placed (the 4th SMS), it will be rejected, and the customer will be notified with an automatically generated email.
